Thanks for shopping with us! By placing an order, you agree to these simple terms. We're all about great dad shirts and happy customers.
- Orders & Payment All orders are final once placed. We accept major cards/PayPal/etc. via Shopify. Prices include taxes where required; shipping calculated at checkout.
- Custom Products Our items are made-to-order and personalized. We can't accept returns/exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse. Double-check sizes and designs before checkout!
- Quality Issues If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a clear production error, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We'll review and provide a free reprint (or equivalent) if approved. No refunds issued—reprints only.
- Intellectual Property You confirm any uploaded designs don't infringe copyrights/trademarks. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders with questionable content.
- Shipping & Delivery Estimated times are just that—estimates. We aren't liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues (international buyers cover duties/taxes). Address errors are on you—double-check!
- Liability We're not responsible for indirect damages, misuse of products, or issues from normal wear. Our max liability is the order value.
- Changes We may update these terms—check back occasionally. Continued use means you accept changes.
