Thank you for shopping with us here at Dad Shirts ! Because all our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you, we have a limited return policy focused on quality and production issues.
No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing (please check our size chart carefully before ordering), or other non-quality issues.
Reprints for Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error (e.g., misprint, incorrect design placement, or significant quality issue), we will happily provide a reprint at no additional cost to you.
To qualify for a reprint:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery (tracking shows delivered date).
- Provide clear photos of the issue, including the product tag/label if applicable, and your order number.
- The item must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
We will review your photos and, if approved, arrange a reprint of the same item (or a comparable replacement if the exact item is unavailable). You do not need to return the original item unless we specifically request it for verification.
How to Request a Reprint Contact us via [email/support form/contact page link] with your order number and photos. We'll respond within [e.g., 48 hours] and guide you through the next steps.
Exceptions and Non-Eligible Issues
- Issues reported after the 3-day window cannot be accommodated.
- Normal wear and tear, minor variations in print (due to handmade/custom nature), or slight color differences between screen display and print are not considered defects.
- Shipping delays, lost packages by the carrier, or issues caused by incorrect shipping address are handled separately (see our Shipping Policy).
- Personalized/custom designs cannot be reprinted for reasons other than our production error.
International Orders For orders outside the US, reprint shipping may take longer, and any customs/duties are the customer's responsibility.
We strive for 100% satisfaction with every order. If something isn't right, reach out promptly so we can make it right with a reprint!
