Ordering & Products
- Are your shirts custom-made? Yep! Every order is printed just for you, so no stockpiles and super fresh tees.
- How do I pick the right size? Check the size chart on each product page—it's detailed with measurements. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt for the best fit!
- Can I change or cancel my order? Once placed, orders go straight to printing (made-to-order magic!). We can't cancel or edit after that, but reach out ASAP if something's off—we'll do our best.
Shipping & Delivery
- When will my order ship? Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping adds 3–7 days (US) or 7–20 days (international). Total: usually 5–14 business days in the US.
- How do I track my order? You'll get an email with tracking once it ships. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up quick!
- What if my package is delayed/lost? Carriers sometimes take extra time (weather, holidays, etc.). Use the tracking link for updates. If it's truly lost, contact us—we'll help with a carrier claim and reprint if needed.
Returns, Reprints & Refunds
- Do you offer refunds? All sales are final—no refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preferences (custom prints can't be resold).
- What if my shirt arrives damaged or wrong? We're sorry if that happens! Send us clear photos + your order number within 3 days of delivery. If it's our error (defect, misprint, etc.), we'll reprint it free—no need to return the original unless we ask.
- Can I exchange for a different size/color? No exchanges, but check size charts carefully before ordering!
Other Stuff
- International orders? You handle any customs/duties/taxes—sorry, those are out of our hands!
- My design has special meaning—any tips? We love personal touches! Just ensure your files are high-res for the best print.
